This report looks at the frameworks needed to support and secure action on climate change at global and national levels. Highlighting the work of our partners to support affected communities and their efforts to influence their governments to bring about policy change, it seeks to place political and public discussion on climate action in the context of a debate on the broader issue of sustainable development.
