16 July 2010 - Nine experts from all over the world announced today that taxing financial transactions is feasible. The expert group, consisting of a mix of nationalities and professional backgrounds, was appointed by 12 governments belonging to the 60 country-strong inter-governmental International Leading group on Innovative Financing for Development.
