Rapport "La Vigilance Au Menu: 5 risques humains et environnementaux a identifier par l'agro-industrie"

Deux ans après l’adoption de la loi française sur le devoir de vigilance, les entreprises françaises publient leurs premiers plans de vigilance. Nous constatons que les mesures prises par les entreprises de l’agro-industrie sont succinctes et ne répondent pas aux exigences légales. Le rapport du CCFD-Terre Solidaire « La vigilance au menu » met en lumière les risques qui doivent impérativement être pris en compte dans ce secteur pour que le respect des droits humains et la protection de l’environnement ne restent pas lettres mortes.

Two years after the adoption of the French law on the duty of vigilance, French companies are publishing their first vigilance plans. We note that the measures implemented by agro-industry companies are insufficient and do not meet legal requirements. The report of CCFD-Terre Solidaire “Vigilance on the menu” highlights the risks that must be taken into account in this sector so that respect for human rights and the environment are not just lip service.
