CIDSE is aware of the potential importance of G20 action to poor men, women and children in their own countries and worldwide. At the same time, we are concerned that indecision or lack of consistency and sufficient development-orientation of G20 decisions could make it more difficult for people to live and work decently or could even lead to further impoverishment. We therefore call attention to a number of areas that the G20 needs to address without further delay and recommend specific actions that need to be taken.
