From Shared Vision to Common Action. Realizing the SDGs in the EU’s External Activities – CIDSE

From Shared Vision to Common Action. Realizing the SDGs in the EU’s External Activities

Invitation to Policy Lunch (Brussels, 7 November 2016 (12:00-13:45)

One year after the adoption of the 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development, the implementation of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) in the external activities of the European Union is taking shape. With the Global Strategy on Foreign and Security Policy, the revision of the European Consensus on Development and the proposal for an External Investment Plan, first steps have been taken.

At the next Policy Lunch organised by sef: (Development and Peace Foundation) and CIDSE as cooperating partner, we will assess the EU’s strategy so far and discuss necessary next steps to finally walk the talk – together with representatives from the EU as well as with experts from non-European countries and from civil society.

You are cordially invited to this event on 7 November 2016 (12:00-13:45) at the Representation of North Rhine-Westphalia
(Rue Montoyer 47, 1000 Brussels).
