DESCRIPTION
As the European Commission’s Raw Materials Week 2024 approaches, CONCORD is bringing partner countries’ perspectives into the conversation. This session will feature preliminary findings from their Policy Coherence for Sustainable Development (PCSD) working group’s review of the CRM Act’s Impact Assessment.
They will then engage in conversation with civil society representatives from Central Africa and Latin America, who will give insights on the actual economic, environmental, and social impacts of the regulation on local communities.
