COP19 Side Event: Ethical and religious imperatives for a just climate deal

As part of the COP19 programme, CIDSE and the World Council of Churches (WCC), is organising a Side Event on Thursday November 21.

As part of the COP19 programme, CIDSE and the World Council of Churches (WCC), is organising a Side Event on Thursday November 21, at 16:45, titled Ethical and religious imperatives for a just climate deal, at the UNFCCC Center, room 3. Attending the event requires accreditation to COP 19.

The World Council of Churches and CIDSE, the international alliance of Catholic development agencies across Europe and North America, organise a joint Side Event at the Conference of the Parties (COP) 19 in Warsaw, Poland.

The side-event will discuss the ethical and spiritual imperatives that are laying the moral ground for policies rooted in justice and international solidarity, towards an ambitious and equitable climate deal by 2015.
